OCM Alinkos Group offers its corporate clients a range of flexible pricing plans tailored to diverse business needs. Companies can choose from three distinct account types: 

1. Standard Business Plan: Ideal for companies operating in traditional industries within the EEA and the United Kingdom. This plan offers cost-effective solutions for standard business operations. 
2. Business+ Plan: Designed for companies in high-risk sectors or those based outside the EEA. This plan provides enhanced services and support to meet the challenges of operating in specialized or international markets. 
3. Premium Business Plan: Tailored specifically for businesses in the cryptocurrency and blockchain sector, including exchanges, brokerages, and mining operations. With extensive experience in the cryptocurrency industry, OCM Alinkos Group is well-equipped to provide innovative and reliable solutions to meet the unique demands of blockchain enterprises.

The first level of the verification process involves three key steps: submitting a photo of your identity document, uploading a selfie while holding the document, and completing a brief questionnaire. Once these steps are finalized, you will gain access to OCM Alinkos Group’s services.

OCM Alinkos Group does not impose limits on client operations. However, standard operational limits are established for security purposes.

For personal accounts, the standard limits for outgoing transactions are 10,000 EUR per transaction, 25,000 EUR per day, and 50,000 EUR per month. There are no limits on incoming transactions. For business accounts, the standard limits for outgoing transactions are 50,000 EUR per transaction, 100,000 EUR per day, and 1,000,000 EUR per month. There are no limits on incoming transactions.

As OCM Alinkos Group does not enforce hard limits, clients have the option to increase their operational thresholds. To request higher limits, visit the ‘Account settings’ section of your account or contact our team via the messaging system within the OCM Alinkos Group internet banking platform.

To change your two-factor authentication (2FA) device, ensure you have access to the OCM Alinkos Group app on your old device. Then, follow these steps: 

1. Download the OCM Alinkos Group app on your new device. 
2. Enable notifications for the OCM Alinkos Group app.
3. Log in to your account on the new device. 
4. Set up a passcode. 
5. Go to “Profile” in the bottom navigation menu. 
6. Select “Two-factor authentication”. 
7. Toggle on the “App on this device” option. 

Your new device is now configured for 2FA!
